Step-3: Identify Decision Goals


  • Work closely with business stakeholders to identify the key users of analytics solution, their work processes and decisions that they are responsible for.
  • Identify what the decision(s) are that need to be made (and by whom) to achieve each Strategic goal
  • Each Strategic Goal can have one or more Decision Goals.
